Ingredients
- Moth dal
- Boiled potatoes
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Onion
- Green Chili
- Chaat Masala
- Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Red Chilli Powder
Method
Sprout the moth dal. For making the sprouts soak the dal in water during the day and hang them in a muslin cloth overnight. The next day, boil the sprouts and potatoes separately. Cut boiled potatoes, onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and green chili. Now mix all these ingredients with boiled sprouts and add chaat masala, salt, and red chili powder to it. Squeeze lemon juice on top of it and give a mix to all the ingredients. The moth dal snack is ready and it’s healthy too.
