This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between BloomyBliss Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) and the individual or organization applying to join the BloomyBliss Affiliate Program (“Affiliate”). By submitting the agreement form below, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions listed here.
1. Commission
Affiliate will earn a commission of 5–10% on every confirmed sale generated through their unique affiliate link or discount code. Commission is calculated on the final order value excluding shipping charges, taxes, refunds, offers, and cancellations.
2. Payments
Payouts are processed every 30 days via UPI / Bank Transfer / PayPal when the minimum earnings reach ₹1,000 INR. Sales that are refunded, cancelled or disputed will not qualify for commission.
3. Promotion Rules
Affiliate must only share honest and ethical promotions. Misleading claims, paid ads using the BloomyBliss brand name, coupon misuse, spam, or self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and cancellation of unpaid commissions.
4. Creative Assets
BloomyBliss will provide creatives, banners, product images, captions, and other promotional materials. Affiliate may not modify the BloomyBliss logo or branding without written approval.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, affiliate links and codes will be deactivated, and commissions pending for 30 days will be paid if no fraud or violation is detected.
6. Independent Partnership
Affiliate is not an employee, partner, reseller, or agent of BloomyBliss. The program offers promotional commissions only and does not create any employment or agency relationship.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. All matters regarding this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
